On behalf of our client, VaanMed, pharmaceutical company in the field of medical and aesthetic equipment distribution, marking extraordinary successes in Albania, Kosovo, Macedonia and Montenegro, DEKRA is looking for:


Sales Director


JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Lead the branch, motivating and guiding the teams toward achieving business objectives, with a particular focus on acquiring and retaining B2B clients in the cosmetic, home care and medical aesthetics sectors;
    • Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to penetrate and grow in the medical aesthetics and professional beauty markets, directing the offer toward clinics, beauty centers and distributors of professional products;
      • Select, train and support the sales team, ensuring continuous training on product features, B2B sales techniques and the specificities of the aesthetic and cosmetic sectors;
        • Plan and coordinate sales activities, closely monitoring progress and preparing detailed reports for management, with a focus on the evolution of B2B sales in the beauty sector( CRM, Forecast, Leads management)
          • Supervise daily operations at the branch, managing the B2B client portfolio and ensuring that the team delivers high- quality services to clinics and beauty centers;
            •  Handle the registration of aesthetic devices with the relevant health authorities, ensuring compliance with local regulations (e.g., National Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices);
              • Plan, in collaboration with the head office, technical and commercial training sessions for the staff, focusing on advanced B2B sales techniques in the cosmetic and medical aesthetics industries;
                • Oversee the progress of open cases assigned to technicians, ensuring that B2B clients receive timely assistance and effective solutions for their needs;
                  • Define the monthly marketing plan with a focus on B2B sales in the cosmetic and medical aesthetics sectors, and coordinate, together with the head office, the organization of promotional and training events aimed at industry professionals.

                     QUALIFICATIONS


                    • Minimum 5 years experience in business management, planning, financial control and personnel management;
                      • Experience in leading a sales team, with the ability to motivate and guide the team towards achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction;
                        • Valid driving license;
                          • Fluent in English with solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
                            • Good skills in business and financial management;
                              • Good skills in written and oral communication;
                                • Good skills to resolve conflicts, as well as ability to work under pressures and crisis situation;
                                  • Strong focus on achieving sales goals, planning scheduling and P&L management;
                                    • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to develop customized solutions for B2B clients, using a consultative approach that addresses the specific needs of beauty centers and clinics;
                                      • Ability to adapt quickly to market changes in the beauty sector and propose innovative solutions to meet emerging trends and challenges.
