On behalf of our client, ADOC Pharma, regional pharma company with more than thirty years of experience, counting more than 150 permanent employees, DEKRA is looking for:

 EXPERT ASSOCIATE FOR DIABETES

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Promote and present the company’s diabetes-related medical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare staff in clinics and hospitals;
• Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders in the medical community;
• Develop and implement field activity plans in line with marketing and sales strategies. Organize and deliver compelling product presentations and training sessions;
• Collaborate with patient associations and contribute to public health initiatives, especially in diabetes prevention and education;
• Actively participate in the planning and execution of medical conferences, symposiums, and educational events for healthcare professionals;
• Monitor and report on public tenders related to the relevant group of medical aids and products;
• Ensure compliance with national regulations and monitor pricing policies and reimbursement systems for promoted medical devices;
• Support new product launches by contributing to go-to-market strategies, promotional campaigns, and materials development, in coordination with the manager of the Diabetes Business Unit ADOC Serbia
• Act as a brand ambassador by consistently promoting the company’s image, values, and high standards in all professional interactions;
• Propose annual budget plans and track performance against allocated budgets and KPIs;
• Provide regular market feedback and competitor insights to internal stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare sales roles (experience in diabetes-related products is an advantage);
• Bachelor degree in Medicine, Pharmacy or related fields;
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently across the country;
• Fluent in English with solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage healthcare professionals effectively; Demonstrated ability in strategic thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently as well as in a team;
• Familiarity with tender procedures, reimbursement systems, and regulatory frameworks for medical devices is desirable.
