On behalf of our client, Zikol Holding - a well-established group with a strong presence across construction, energy, real estate, and infrastructure, DEKRA is looking for:


Group HR Manager


JOB DESCRIPTION:


  • Develops and implements a unified HR strategy across the group in alignment with corporate goals;
    • Provides strategic HR leadership and support to senior management across all business units;
      • Oversees and harmonizes HR policies, systems, and compliance standards across multiple jurisdictions;
        • Leads organizational development initiatives, including restructuring, workforce planning, and change management;
          • Manages group-level talent acquisition, onboarding, succession planning, and leadership development;
            • Drives employee engagement, performance management, and culture integration initiatives;
              • Implements modern HR technologies and ensures data-driven decision-making across the HR function;
                • Ensures all practices are compliant with local labor laws and global HR standards;
                  • Fosters diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) principles across the group;
                    • Acts as a liaison between executive leadership and HR teams, promoting transparency, efficiency, and a shared culture.

                      QUALIFICATIONS:


                      • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
                        • Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or group-level HR leadership role;
                          • Proven experience in managing HR functions in a multi-company, multi-location, or international environment;
                            • Possesses strong expertise in employment law, HR systems, performance management, and organizational development;
                              • Demonstrates excellent strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills;
                                • Results-driven, analytical, and capable of managing complexity while maintaining a people-first mindset;
                                  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
