On behalf of our client PEPCO, a Polish discount retail chain with over 4,000 stores and 31,000 employees across 19 European countries, known for offering affordable family fashion, home essentials, toys, and seasonal products, DEKRA is looking for:

Marketing Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Implement promotional calendar that will enhance marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, newsletter, and content marketing to drive lead generation and customer retention;
• Co-ordinates adaptation, production and distribution of POSM materials with agency and printing house;
• Co-ordinates execution of the campaigns to launch new stores, opening events and POSM adaptations, as well as relationships with local shopping centers to achieve performance targets and meet opening schedules;
• Cooperation with shopping malls;
• Assists in adapting and executing the marketing campaigns;
• Coordinates website and social media metrics and creates analytics reports (media, social) including competitive landscape;
• Collaborates with local influencers;
• Participates in development of local communication of special occasions (day to day work on adaptations, SEO articles, PinMeTo platform, DAM platform);
• Assists Regional Marketing Manager in organizing and execution of press release, campaigns;
• Day to day budget management of new store opening and promotions budget, supervised by Regional marketing manager Iberia for Adria cluster.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field;
• 2+ years of experience in marketing or a related role;
• Knowledge of printing industry;
• Experience in marketing, sales;
• Knowledge of consumer promotion regulations;
• Familiarity with marketing tools and channels;
• Fluency in English, both oral and written;
• Proficiency in MS Office;
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
• Customer-focused mindset.
