Managing Director

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Representation and management of the Company in the scope of the powers provided under the Articles of Association and other acts of the Company, resolutions of the Sole Shareholder;
• Preparation of the annual report of the Company relating to the annual financial statements;
• Preparation and performance of yearly business plans;
• Organization and management of the working process and the business operations of the Company;
• Active participation in the hiring process for the new employees;
• Active participation in key decisions linked to the company and its subsidiaries;
• Establishing the organisational scheme of the Company;
• Allocation of employees to individual works and tasks, ensuring continuous improvements in the team, work organization, processes;
• Applying the resolutions of Sole Shareholder of the Company;
• Keeping the Company’s books (including storage of the book of resolutions of the Sole Shareholder);
• Informing, on a regular basis, the Sole Shareholder on the business of the Company;
• Ensuring and being liable for the legality of business performance;
• Proactive role in establishing contacts and cooperation with potential partners and suppliers
• Providing technical support and knowledge during project development and construction, as needed;
• Internal supervision of the development/construction/installation processes and ensuring the compliance with IE Group standards, project documentation and local regulations;
• Collaborating in the selection of service providers and equipment suppliers;
• Participation in processes of acquiring new projects/facilities;
• Familiarity with and monitoring of legal regulations in relevant areas;
• Collaboration with other organizational units and companies within the Group, as well as with external institutions and partners;
• Performing other duties set in the law, the Articles of Association and other acts and resolutions of the Shareholder.

QUALIFICATIONS

• University Degree; Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering preferred;
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience; 5 years of leadership experience;
• Experience in leading a business unit and large projects;
• Experience in managing teams and complex technical projects;
• Knowledge of relevant legal and technical regulations;
• Excellent command of English;
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment;
