Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy provides information about the processing of personal data when visiting the web portal: www.dekrajoblink.mk.

Information about the personal data controller

The personal data processor is DEKRA EMPLOYMENT DOOEL Skopje, with its registered office at ul. Crvena Voda br.7/1 Skopje, with EMBS 6091490 (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "DEKRA EMPLOYMENT").

Our Data Protection Officer is Tamara Stojchevska.

We process personal data in accordance with the provisions of the applicable Law on Personal Data Protection and its bylaws.

Data subjects whose data we process

We process data of the following subjects:

  • Visitors of the web portal www.dekrajoblink.mk,
  • Job seekers who have registered a profile on the website, and
  • Employees of employers who have registered on the website.

The processing of personal data of website visitors is described in this Privacy Policy.

How do we collect personal data?

We collect personal data through various means including:

  • Through registration on the portal by job seekers,
  • Through registration on the portal by employees of employers,
  • Data that subjects disclose when communicating with our customer service via email addresses and phone numbers or by mail.

Categories of data being processed

Personal data of job seekers entered during registration or use of the portal:

  • Email address;
  • First and last name;
  • Gender;
  • Year of birth;
  • Postal code;
  • City and country;
  • Education level and category;
  • Contact phone number;
  • Data contained in a resume, if the applicant chooses to upload one.

Personal data of employer employees who register on the portal:

  • First and last name;
  • Contact phone number;
  • Email address;
  • Company they work for.

Links to other websites and services

The Portal's content may contain links to websites and services of third parties to which this Privacy Policy does not apply.

Purposes of personal data processing

We process personal data for the following purposes:

  • Providing services for maintaining the portal and fulfilling contractual obligations, namely registration and use of the Portal, publishing job listings, storing resumes, and maintaining user profiles;
  • Delivery of promotional messages;
  • Delivery of newsletters.

Processing is carried out as follows:

  • Employers register on the portal by providing the name and surname of the company representative, email address, phone number, number of employees, and selecting an appropriate payment package from DEKRA's current price list. After registration, employers can publish job listings.
  • Job seekers register on the portal by providing data: gender; date of birth; address; postal code; city and country; education level and category; and contact phone number. They may also attach their resume. After registration, job seekers can easily apply to any published job listing by clicking the "apply" button.
  • If job seekers have applied to a specific listing, their data is shared with the employer who published the listing, along with the job seeker's resume if one was attached to their profile or during the application.
  • Job seekers' data is shared with employers only if the job seeker independently applies to a published listing. DEKRA does not independently share job seekers' data without a direct application from the seeker.
  • If job seekers voluntarily sign up to receive promotional messages and newsletters, these will be delivered to them until they withdraw their consent.

Legal basis for personal data processing

In accordance with applicable legislation, we process personal data on the following bases:

  • The basis for processing personal data to enable employers to publish job listings and to enable job seekers to apply is the performance of a contract, whereby we provide employers with space for publishing listings and enable job seekers access to listings and simplified application.
  • Data for marketing purposes is processed based on the consent of the data subjects, which may be withdrawn at any time.
  • Data for the purpose of delivering newsletters is processed based on the consent of the data subjects, which may be withdrawn at any time.

Transfer of personal data

In order to fulfill obligations, we deliver job seekers' data to the employers whose listings the job seekers have applied to.

We do not share data with third parties, except in the following cases:

  • When engaging service providers obligated to ensure protection of personal data, such as Bravo group, engaged for newsletter delivery.
  • Upon request by a court, police, or other authorities, if there is a legal basis.

Data retention period

The contractual relationship established with job seekers is valid as long as the job seeker has an active profile and 24 months after the last profile activity. After 22 months, we inform the job seeker via their email address that due to profile inactivity, it will be closed, and the job seeker may choose to continue their profile activity. Regardless of this period, the job seeker may terminate the contractual relationship at any time by requesting profile deactivation. After deactivation, the job seeker's data will be deleted.

The contractual relationship with employers depends on the type of subscription, and employer employees' data is kept as long as the subscription is active. After the contractual relationship expires, the profile will be deleted.

Data for direct marketing purposes is processed until the given consent for such processing is withdrawn.

Changes to the privacy policy

By accessing and using www.dekrajoblink.mk, you agree to this Privacy Policy. The Policy is subject to regular review and amendments.

The Company takes all necessary measures to protect personal data, in accordance with the applicable Law on Personal Data Protection.

Policy amendments

Dekra Employment DOOEL Skopje regularly amends this Privacy Policy in accordance with changes in regulations.
