My professional journey with DEKRA Arbeit began in 2000, after I had already gained managerial experience in the field of temporary employment, including a position at Manpower. From the very operational beginning of the DEKRA Arbeit Group, I was actively involved in laying the foundations and shaping the company’s strategic direction. In 2004, I was appointed Managing Director and Executive Vice President.
Under my leadership, the Group expanded its operations into 20 countries, with a focus on sustainable and organic growth. Thanks to this strategy, in 2022 we achieved a turnover of 586 million euros, with more than 18,000 temporary employees in our international operating offices.

Your career at DEKRA Arbeit began back in 2000. Could you tell us more about your professional journey from the very beginning until today?
