Interview with Suzana Bernhard – Director and Executive Vice President of DEKRA Arbeit Group

My professional journey with DEKRA Arbeit began in 2000, after I had already gained managerial experience in the field of temporary employment, including a position at Manpower. From the very operational beginning of the DEKRA Arbeit Group, I was actively involved in laying the foundations and shaping the company’s strategic direction. In 2004, I was appointed Managing Director and Executive Vice President. Under my leadership, the Group expanded its operations into 20 countries, with a focus on sustainable and organic growth. Thanks to this strategy, in 2022 we achieved a turnover of 586 million euros, with more than 18,000 temporary employees in our international operating offices.
