We all have the feeling that every January lasts too long. The holiday season, the connected days off, and the celebrations create a warm and pleasant atmosphere, but they also make us feel tired, exhausted, and financially drained.
The large number of memes and social media statuses joking that today is the 150th day of January may make us laugh for a moment and distract us from reality. Still, the fact is that all of these things affect our overall mental health.
